Is there a commitment period for memberships?
There is a minimum 3-month membership commitment.
Can I share my membership with others?
Memberships are non-transferable and for individual use only, However, if you received a _Buy One, Gift One_ pass at the time of your initial purchase, we encourage you to share the experience with a friend! You’re also encouraged to use the discounts to invite friends.
What if I don't use all my visits in a month?
We understand—life gets busy! Any membership level (excluding unlimited) can bank all unused sessions. This way, you have the flexibility to use your sessions when it works best for you. We encourage you to prioritize your self-care and make the most of your membership each month. If you need even more flexibility, we’re happy to help you explore a membership tier that better fits your lifestyle. Just reach out!
Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time to better fit your needs. Changes will take effect on the first day of the following month. Just reach out to our team, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
What if I need to cancel my membership?
If you choose to cancel and later decide to rejoin, we’d love to welcome you back! However, we cannot guarantee the same membership rate at that time.
For unlimited memberships, you will lose access at the end of the membership period. For all other memberships that include banked sessions, you will have up to two years after cancellation to use any remaining sessions.
Can I freeze my membership?
Yes! You can freeze your membership for up to **two months, twice per year**. Just give us a call, and we’ll take care of it for you. We’re happy to support your wellness journey, whether you’re traveling, taking a break, or adjusting your routine.
