What if I don't use all my visits in a month?
We understand—life gets busy! You can roll over up to 4 visits per month, with a maximum of 24 visits banked at any time. This way, you have the flexibility to use your sessions when it works best for you. We encourage you to prioritize your self-care and make the most of your membership each month. If you need even more flexibility, we’re happy to help you explore a membership tier that better fits your lifestyle. Just reach out!
Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time to better fit your needs. Changes will take effect on the first day of the following month. Just reach out to our team, and we’ll be happy to assist you. We can hold up to 24 banked visits for you.
How does the spouse/child discount work?
Yes! We offer a discounted membership rate for spouses and children when linked to an existing member. The discount amount varies depending on the membership tier. What if I need to cancel my membership?
If you choose to cancel and later decide to rejoin, we’d love to welcome you back! However, we cannot guarantee the same membership rate at that time.
Can I freeze my membership?
